If you have personalised nameservers, please check the "Edit a DNS Zone"
section of your WHM. In some instances the anonymous nameservers
have been appearing there instead of your own nameservers.
If you do not have a "Edit a DNS Zone" link in your "DNS Functions"
area, contact us and we will have that part activated on your account.
There are 4 areas that you will need to check on the "Edit a DNS Zone" form.
Step 1 # Access your "Edit a DNS Zone" #
Step 2 # Then make sure that all 4 instances of hiddenservers.com are
replaced with your domain name as follows #
Check
this with all your domains that you setup in WHM and make sure
they are using your domain name instead of the
hiddenservers.com domain. Remember, this only applies to
accounts that use personalised nameservers. If you use our
anonymous nameservers of hiddenservers.com, then you do not
need to edit these DNS Zones.
# VERY IMPORTANT #
Make sure that you leave the
fullstop at the end of each field you edit.
That fullstop is crtitical and
MUST NOT BE REMOVED!!
