• How do I access my clients Control Panel ?
  
  You can access your client's control panels with their username and your master password of your WHM account. This is a great time saver when you have to access your client's account for support. It's also a security enhancement as it means you don't have to keep their password on file.



• I can't access my Control Panel ?
  
  Make sure that the url is correct.
  It should read something like this -
  
  http://IPADDRESS/cpanel
  
  Your IP address to access your server is in your welcome email.
  
  Make sure that you are using the right Username and Password when the Password box appears on the screen. Your Username and Password is CASE SENSITIVE, so make sure to be exact here.
  
  After your domain name has propagated, you can access your Control Panel via http://yourdomain/cpanel
  
  Before your domain name propagates, you must access your Control Panel via http://IPADDRESS/cpanel
