• How do I become a reseller?
  Anyone who purchases any of our web hosting packages is eligible to resell any of our web hosting plans. They must have and maintain that account in good standing with us to be a member of our reseller programme. The main account is used as a "master" account to all of the resold accounts.
  
  
• Can I resell the reseller plan? Can I have my own resellers?
  Absolutely, simply resell at any price you choose.
  
  Contact us with the domain name you would like the account to be set up with. We will add that package to your billing account, then send you the details for the new account.
  
  Please note that the WHM account that you resell to your client is bound to our Terms and Conditions. If we find that account is breaching the Terms and Conditions, then we will have no hesitation in shutting down that account and informing you.
  
  
• What will the plans cost me to purchase?
  Reseller prices are available HERE.
  
  
• Will you bill my clients for me?
  Absolutely not. You are responsible for billing your clients. You are also expected to have a good working knowledge of both Control Panels. You are to be the first level of support. If there is something that is beyond your control, then we will, of course, be available for second level support issues. All support requests regarding resold accounts must be initiated by the reseller.
  
  
• Do you offer a 30 day money back guarantee on resold plans?
  The same guarantees apply to the Reseller plans as to the other plans available from us. We strongly encourage all our resellers of our plans to offer the same 30 day guarantee to their customers.
  
  
• Do the resold accounts use the resources provided for my account?
  No, each resold account will have its own resources and Control Panel.
  
  
• Can I, Do you, What if ...etc?
